Vacant Land Details for Developers
(via United Housing) - It would be great to collect and report more details on each vacant lots that help developers determine readiness to build new housing. For example, flagging lot dimensions that are too small vs. the right size for housing according to building codes, flagging lots that already have utility hookups/sewer taps, and whether developers would need to clear the lot in terms of trees, debris, and remnants of built structures.

Unit count would be helpful for multifamily properties, you can see if "large homes" are single or multi-family based on land use, but it can be very difficult to determine the unit count (helpful for tax research, missing middle research).
